Today here I want to give some information on reasons of why visitor left your website. We can say it in other sentence that why visitor click on close button of the website? There is 7 reasons for left our website by visitor. The reasons are Web Design, Complex Site Structure, Content, About Us page, FAQ page, Pricing page and Contact Us page. Now we are discussing on these 7 reasons in detail:

Design of the website:

Design of the website is playing a very important role for getting conversion or inquiries from the website. Actually our website is working as a virtual office. Just think if you are going to purchase any product in the local market at that time there is a two shop, one shop is attractive with interior and also attractive with lights and second shop is very simple there is no attractive interior of the shop and no attractive lightings in the shop. At that time your mind saying to purchase product from that shop which are design with attractive interior. At that time you feel good to purchase from that shop. Same in case of website design. If design of your website is attractive and theme based and also it is user friendly then it is very useful for getting conversion or inquiry from your website. Sometimes due to web design visitors are purchasing a product from the site. If design of the website is not attractive and not theme based then visitor just click on the close button of the browser and left your website.

Complex Site Structure:

We should to create our site structure easy and user friendly. Our site structure should not have complex site structure. We should to create our site structure easy so every user can get the data what they are looking for. Sometimes visitors surfing our site but due to complex site structure they can’t not get the data what they are looking for. In last they click on close button of the web browser and left your site.

Content:

As a SEO you all know that content is very important for Search Engines and for Users. Content is playing a role of Shop Keeper. Content convey our message to visitor on behalf of shop keeper. So it is necessary that we should to create our content user friendly. We should to create our content with easy language so every visitor can understand what we want to say. We should not to use high level English language in our content. If your content is in high level English level language then again visitor click on close button of the web browser and left the website.

About Us Page:

About us page is very important page for our website. It gives the information about our company. Every customer is thinking about the safety of their money and also they want to purchase the product from the trusted sites. We should to create content of our About Us page trusted. We should the add sub pages in about us page like Management Page, Infrastructure Page, Vision of the Company, Affiliations etc. if we can’t add the whole pages then we should to add paragraph in about us page. This types of pages very useful for setup a positive effect about our business in the mind of visitor. If your about us page is not proper and informative for visitor then they click on close button and left the website.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Page:

FAQ page is very important page in every website. It gives the answer to the visitor for their questions related to our business or our services. I found so many websites that there is no FAQ page. Sometimes though FAQ page visitor can get the answers of their questions. For FAQ we should to think as a User of the website and we should to create the list of general questions which are frequently asked by the users. So if visitor can get the answer of their question, so the can take the decision for purchasing products from website or not. If we have not placed a FAQ page on our website and if our FAQ page is not proper then visitor again click on close button and left the website.

Pricing Page:

Pricing page is very important page for every user. After surfing your whole website visitor just think about the pricing of the product and your services, if they want to buy. In your pricing page if pricing of the product or services is higher then the market price then nobody wants to buy the product from your website. So we should to mention the price of the product or service on our website as per the market price. If we have mentioned the higher price of the product or services then market price then visitor click on close button and left the website.

Contact Us Page:

Why contact us page becomes reason for visitor left the website? Sometimes visitor want to give the business in specific country. If visitor want buy some product from the US country and during surfing he found UK based company’s website then this time visitor not give the business to that website and then he click on the close button of the website and left the website.

Every SEO has to always integrate (connect) with 7 person. Who are they? They are Content Writer, Web Designer, Web Developer, Server Administrator, SEO Industry, Market and User. Why every SEO has to integrate with them? Now here we are discussing on that why every SEO has to integrate with them.

Content Writer:

As an every SEO knows that content is very important for Search Engines and for User. I think content is king. So every SEO has to always integrate with content writer. They have to give the suggestion for content writing to the content writer, that how to write content, in how many word they have to write content and in which how many % primary keywords and how many % secondary keyword they have to include. So we can get the SE friendly and user friendly content.

Web Server Administrator:

Every SEO has always to integrate with web server administrator. Because when server side issues are arising at that time web server administrator can help you. Web Server administrator is also helpful at the time of purchasing domain and web space, how many web space we need? Which type of hosting we should purchase?, Email Creation, and many more server related works. Because if there is any error in our website from server side then it is bad for search engines and also it creates bad impression of our website in users mind. User:

In the last our main thing is customer, user of the website. Every SEO has always to integrate with User or customer of the website. Why SEO needs to integrate with customer or user? Because through customer or user SEO can knows the likeness and dislikeness of the user. They also know that which kind of products are more demanding by users. We also have to setup a one feedback form for user so we can get the idea that what our customers are looking for? During my work I found so many clients who believe that PR is everything and , on the basis of PR Google giving ranking of their websites. Those kinds of client always want to increase the PR of their websites. They are ready to pay only for increasing the PR.

Who wants to get inquiries or conversions from websites:

I found some clients those always want to get inquiries or conversions from websites. They are never think about even PR or getting top listing in major search engines. They believe that “we don’t know, whatever you want to do, We want only inquiries or conversions from websites”. This kind of client makes the payment only on the basis of conversions or inquiries.

After doing all these things you should to make update in your resume on every weekly basis and upload it again.
