Today for my readers I want to share some of tips on how to get traffic and popularity through social sites.

Create a Blog

For getting traffic through social bookmarking and social networking first of all you have to create your own blog or blog of your company (if you want to get traffic on your business website or want to get popularity for your business then you should to create your business blog ). You can start your blog free through blogger and wordpress. But if you are purchasing a domain then it is good or also you can setup blog on your business website like create a directory named blog on your site.

Here I am giving you examples of some people who are popular in social networking sites by their website name:

Brian Wallace – Famous with the name of “Nowsourcing”

Marty – Famous with the name of “AimClear”

Write Unique Content:

Always write unique content and post useful information on your blog. So everyone wants to read your blog.

Participate in other blog communities:

Participate in the communities of other bloggers and send them friend request. Read their blogs and enter the comment on their blogs. But never make a negative comment on their blog. Always write something good about their blog. If you want to get popularity for your business then you should to give a comment with the name of your company. You should to participate in following blog communities:

Put a widget of above blog communities on your blog.

Submit your blog in social bookmarking sites:

There is so many website for social bookmarking, but here I am mentioning the list of some of important social bookmarking sites where you should to submit your blog. In social bookmarking site you should to send friend request related to your interest people and also gives the vote of their blog submission.

Create your profile in Social Networking Sites:

After all these activities you should to create your profiles in Social Networking websites. Complete your whole profile. Never create your incomplete profile. If you want to create your for business then you should to create your profile with the name of your business. After Creating a profiles in social networking site you should to send the friend request with the people of your industry and always connect with them. Share about you with them and try to understand them. Also share your messenger IDs and try to chat with each other for developing relations. Here I have mentioned the list of some of social networking sites.

There more social networking websites are available but here I have mentioned some of popular sites. If you create your profile with the name of your business then it is very useful for create branding of your business in the internet world.

Yeah, social sites can be a gold mine for getting traffic to your site, especially targeted traffic. Nice lists by the way, a couple of sites I dont have profiles on, which is a miracle!
I also have some nice lists on my blog, drop by sometime.

The traffic garnered via social networking sites is definitely more and more focused than traffic arising from directory listings and other arbitrary link building efforts.

I believe these are the key points to a successful website. The search engines are looking for fresh new content on a frequent basis. Sites like Digg get crawled often. The more fresh content you have the better for your site.
