Great post!

Jobseekers' resumes and employers' job posts are, unfortunately, often dropped into job board 'black holes' and never see the light of the day.

Enhancing a resume's and job post's visibility and potency on job boards is best achieved by optimizing both documents. When combined with a job board / search engine that has the ability to discern and return exceedingly relevant search results - job seekers will find the 'right' job, and employers will find the 'right' candidates.
